Catherine and Zoria provided amazing customer service, they both helped find the shoes I wanted online even though it was not in store. Catherine was able to answer my questions about the products and helped me find a great fit for my date night with my husband. Zoria was able to assist me at the register and also was able to inform me on the deals the store was advertising. So I’m extremely satisfied with the customer care and service at the Evans Rack Room Shoes. Great job with keeping the store clean btw!!!

This location is always great the folks that work there are super helpful and really nice. We love this location. BUT there were a few of "those people" in there without a mask on, even though there is a sign on the door requiring a mask. So that's my only issue. PLEASE ENFORCE THE MASK RULE.

This is my preferred shoe store. They have BOGO 50% off. I was able to save almost 100$ buying a pair of Dr. Marten boots and a pair of vans. Thanks to Carmen the manager for all of her help! She is always attentive and super sweet. Will definitely visit again!

Carmen the manager is the nicest person and takes time to help customers out in any way she can. We had a great experience and it was all thanks to her.
